Helensburgh.com.au is owned and operated by Farming Domains (ABN 66 786 225 704) on behalf of Ian Piggott. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Farming Domains as operator of this website.

We may collect:

• Contact form data — name, email address and message content you submit voluntarily. The form is processed by Formspree (third-party form service) before it reaches us. Formspree’s privacy policy applies to that processing.
• Technical / log data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages and general usage data, typically collected by our web host (VentraIP / LiteSpeed) for security and operations.
• Cookie and advertising data — as described below when ads, analytics or affiliate partners are involved.

We do not require you to create an account. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 15 for marketing purposes.

If you receive promotional emails from us (we do not run a large marketing list by default), you may unsubscribe at any time.
