Helensburgh NSW 2508
Helensburgh.com.au relaunched — welcome to the 2026 upgrade
Last updated 7 July 2026
Helensburgh.com.au is back — rebuilt from the ground up. After years of “site upgrade progressing” posts, the long-promised refresh is finally live. Same passion for Helensburgh and surrounds; a much better experience on phones, tablets and desktops.
What’s new
- Faster pages — modern static build, quick to load even on mobile data
- Refreshed town guide — Helensburgh NSW 2508 with upgraded Quick facts, Things to do cards, and live weather in the sidebar
- Tunnel hub makeover — the eight railway tunnels guide is easier to scan, with clearer status labels and dark-mode-friendly design
- Dark mode — toggle in the header for comfortable reading day or night
- Same URLs — bookmarks and search results should still land on the right page
A little history
Helensburgh.com.au first went live on 29 December 2012 (original welcome post). An August 2016 notice promised updates “very soon” — well, better late than never. Fourteen years of local history, tunnels, temple guides, surf club stories and offbeat Helensburgh tales are all still here, now in a site built for 2026.
